Evening Janitorial is a local, family run, commercial cleaning and consulting company located primarily in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. The company has been in business since 2002, and its key executives’ and team members’ biographies appear below.
Kathy Smith Weeks, Principal, Sales
Kathy owns and runs the company, and has been in the commercial janitorial business since 2002. She worked for an industry leader in the early years, and broke off to start her own firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and is a former Mary Kay Cosmetics Sales Director. (Yes, one of those cars!) Kathy and Chris are the parents of three grown children, all currently living on the east coast. kathy@eveningjanitorial.com

Chris Weeks, Principal, Chief Operating Officer
Chris handles administration and finance for the company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and an MBA from Rutgers University. Kathy and Chris married in 1980, and both attended St. Rose High School in Belmar, New Jersey.

Liz Nicolaou, Customer Service Manager
Liz manages the service and field operations for the company. She responds quickly and effectively to all incoming inquiries and requests with regard to all our client’s janitorial needs. She is also proactive, anticipating our client’s needs and performs onsite visits to ensure that the work is being done to the utmost satisfaction. Liz has her degree in Sociology from the College of New Jersey. She returned to the workplace after many years of staying at home to raise her children. She is the mother of 3 teenagers.

“With supplies, we can do one of three things. The customer stays status quo with their current supplier, makes their own orders, and our team leader alerts the client in the Evening Log if something is running low. Or two, Cole Supply can service the client, with the customer placing the orders. Or finally, Cole Supply will devise a custom order form for a particular client, and the Evening Janitorial cleaners will manage the closet and order product via fax whenever something runs low. Cole bills wholesale directly to the client. This is the easiest option for the customer, and what Kathy usually recommends.”
